- martins akpan is media literacy project officer for schools in Nigeria, i was the convener of the 2006 international conference on the role of the media in the development of education in Africa, i also convenes the annual TEEN FAVOURITE AWARDS in lagos. i also run a cable tv programme for students and a media literacy library.
